After completing the Nazjatar intro questline, a portal in Boralus and Dazar’alor opens up which will teleport you to the new hubs, Mezzamere for Alliance and Newhome for Horde. You will find the location near Oculeth for Horde players. For the Alliance players, you will find Mezzamere in Boralus.
